Punjab & Haryana High Court Recruitment 2014 – 45 Clerk & Stenographer Vacancies Online Application Form


High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh has announced a notification for the recruitment to its 45 Vacancies of Clerk and Stenographer Grade-III in the Subordinate Courts of U.T. Chandigarh through Central Recruitment Agency for which it invites online applications from Indian citizens.

Interested and eligible candidates may apply online through prescribed application proforma available.Completely fill up the online application proforma by mentioning relevant details completely.Submit the dully filled application proforma online latest by Apr 14, 2014.

After successfully online submission, take print out the application form for future use.Submit the requisite application fees on or before Apr 14, 2014.

Clerk : 31 Posts

  • Qualification : Degree of Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science and should have passed matriculation with Hindi/Punjabi as one of the subject and must have proficiency in operation of computers (word processing and spread sheets).
  • *Age : 18 – 35 yrs
  • Pay Scale : Rs. 10,300 – 34,800/-

Stenographer Grade-III : 14 Posts

  • Qualification :  Degree of Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science and should have passed matriculation with Hindi/Punjabi as one of the subject and must have proficiency in operation of computers (word processing and spread sheets).
  • *Age : 18 – 33 yrs
  • Pay Scale : Rs. 5,910 – 20,200/-

*Age as measured as on Jan 01, 2014(Relaxation as per mentioned terms).

Starting Date for Online Submission of applications : Mar 24, 2014.
Last date for Registration Step-I : Apr 12, 2014
Last Date for Registration of Step-II : Apr 14, 2014.
Last date for receipt of application fee : Apr 14, 2014.

Selection Procedure

Final selection of the eligible candidates will be on the basis of merit in Written exam / Interview.
Candidates successfully qualifying written exam will only be considered.

Application Procedure

Fee ->Application fees is Rs. 500/- for General Candidates and Rs. 125/- for OBC / SC Candidates.
Fee payment->Applicants have to deposit the requisite fee by way of ‘Cash Deposit Receipt’, printed after completion of Step-I of registration, in any Branch of State Bank of India only.
Application Process ->

      1. Apply online through the prescribed Application proforma provided in official notice.
      2. Completely fill up the Application proforma by providing all the relevant details correctly.
      3. The online registration/filling of application forms by the applicants will consist of two steps.
        • Registration Step I : Applicant will get his/her Registration ID and password and will print `Cash Deposit Receipt’ for deposit of fee in the designated bank (State Bank of India).
        • Registration Step II : Applicant to fill the remaining particulars i.e uploading of photograph/signature, qualification and fee payment details in the form, then to “LOCK & SUBMIT” the application form.
      4. Submit the Dully filled application proforma online latest by Apr 12, 2014.
      5. Super scribe the envelop as “Application for the post of______”.
      6. Take print out of the dully filled online application for future use.
      7. No need to send any documents to the office.
